Increase Time Out parameter for webadmin page

Bug description

Webadmin page keeps timing out after 15 mins. Is there a parameter that we can add to extend the inactive time out to 1 hr

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Webadmin page
2. Leave the session idle for 20 mins
3. it times our and you have to relogin

Expected behavior

we want the webamin page to stay live even after 1 hr of inactivity

we are using the defaults for httpd, the only change is https=true
