What needs to be done:

Opportunity to enable/disable authorization in HVAC service
Extend https://github.com/eclipse/kuksa.val.services/blob/9722751081eb7b7066d15ca45979d8d964c37af6/hvac_service/hvacservice.py#L87
Generate and provide correct tokenfile
Same for testclient: extend https://github.com/eclipse/kuksa.val.services/blob/9722751081eb7b7066d15ca45979d8d964c37af6/hvac_service/testclient.py#L38

Do we consider this one still relevant, if so i can "migrate" this issue.
