Interesting idea. While that could work for displaying images, it doesn't do enough to meet the goals of a responsive foreground image technique -- generated content is not content at all, it’s presentation. CCT already employs a lack of semantics, but at least it adds content to the page. So, while interesting, I don't want to go down the generated content path.
