The navigation should:

be mobile / desktop friendly
represent multiple perspectives
help to guide the different personas to their content

There are different types of documentation, that should be clearly seperatwd in our navigation:

learning-oriented tutorials
goal-oriented how-to guides
understanding-oriented discussions
information-oriented reference material
