Update WP-Image component to handle videos in mobile low power mode #26

Update WP-Image component to show featured thumbnail still image on mobile if device is in low-power mode (so that users don't see the play icon for the video)

Spent a lot of time looking into this today, couldn't figure it out. Seems like the suspend event everyone talks about gets sent on all videos.
