preparedStatements defaults to false in osm/datastore.xml #25

The source has:
<entry key="preparedStatements">false</entry>

Shouldn't this be set to 'true' per the video? Timestamps 44m6s and 50m50s.

It's not a requirement, but performance would benefit by having prepared statemenets on. PRs welcomed.
