Nextcloud ffmpeg instllation

I'm using nextcloud for replacement of google photos, thumbnails can't be generated for videos without ffmpeg, ffmpeg is not installed in nextcloud docker image, however when I manually installed using terminal of nextcloud app it worked but after restart all the installation of ffmpeg wiped out.

please pre-add ffmpeg or modify the umbrel os so that after installation it will remain as it is.
I'm using latest version of nextcloud on date of 16 aug and latest version of umbrel os .

Libreoffice should also be added for document preview and imagemagick for vector graphics, for example...
