Conflict with Conquest Reforged?

Not working with Conquest Reforged Mod - Beta - v4.0.0-498 for MC 1.15.2. Can't insert tools. Love the mod by the way. I've used it in another instance of 1.15.2 heavily modded and it worked fine. Using some of these mods (not all but nothing new) along with Conquest is where I'm having the problem. Using ToolBelt-1.15.2-1.14.2.jar.
