Need a new dialog to prepare ArmoryQt before startup.

It should offer the following features, organised in tabs:

• Pathing: provide custom/default paths for Core's and Armory's datadir, as well as dbdir
• DB settings: anything to do with db key management, operation mode (bare/full/supernode - automated or manual), remote ips/url
• Wallet settings: list of detected wallet, UI to convert to new model/unlock public data

At the very least the wallet tab is mandatory because this is how users will be given the opportunity to convert their legacy wallets to the new format. Conversion cannot be done silently, as the wallets have to be unlocked to carry private keys over.
