reflecting changes in C++ code in the C# code dependent on it

I am trying to make some changes in the C++ source code and the issue is they reflect in the cpp examples but not in C# examples. For example a small change in a log statement in an existent method like CreateSolver in \or-tools\ortools\linear_solver\linear_solver.cc will reflect in an example such as C:\or-tools-master-new\or-tools\examples\cpp\linear_programming.cc that uses it but will not reflect in c:\or-tools-master-new\or-tools\examples\dotnet\cslinearprogramming.cs which also is using the same CreateSolver method from linear_programming.cc as far as I understand. For reference I run make clean_third_party, make third_party, make cc, make dotnet, and then make run SOURCE=examples/dotnet/cslinearprogramming.cs after the changes I make. Do I have to recompile using some other commands for dotnet or change some other underlying code?
