URL not found when validating #921

Hey guys,

What are some reasons the validator may not be able to find a URL? This is the exact message I'm receiving.

The Physical Web Service fails to validate https://birdiechirp.com/iwgr1.html

Reason: Result Filtered (URL not found).

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this would be great.
