Notifications not showing up after being dismissed

Im using both Nearby and Physical Web to broadcast a URL endpoint. It was detectable by my phone and I was receiving the notification. However when I have dismissed it, it doesnt show up again (even though tsome developers have said that it will return "after some time."). It has been weeks already and I am still not seeing my notifications.

Is this a known bug?
How to "reset" this hiding of notification without provisioning the beacon again?

I think this issue you're experiencing has to do with some other things "going on" most notably #925 Do you by any chance use a redirect in your URL?

@ferencbrachmann The only redirecting here is the url shortener. Nothing else. Even the Nearby notification the full URL is hardcoded in
