Add HLDS/goldsrc support

Is it possible to add support for HLDS/goldsrc?

Please tell more about you request. As far as I know HLDS/goldsrc uses the standard RCON protocol and this is already available in gorcon/rcon-cli.

I was unable to use this for connecting to RCON from goldsrc, but HLSW works. I'm currently using https://github.com/fant1kua/goldsrc-rcon-console and this is working. According to my packet captures, goldsrc RCON uses UDP while source RCON uses TCP

I will check and search for the specification of this protocol. I think it will be possible to implement it, but so far I don't have enough information.
