Support linking LBAC datasources

Several customers are asking to set up LBAC datasources and link them to SM.

In order to support this feature, we need to:

• Add a dropdown in checks's dashboard to select the datasource they want to use.
  • Only showing those the currently logged in user has access to.
• Address the issue regarding custom labels only being applied to the sm_check_info metric.
  • This is a major project - not a huge amount of work, but quite a bit of noise and planning because it can break all kind of things.
