When Protocol is HTTPS, Redirect HTTP to it.

Currently, it's either HTTP or HTTPS, but there isn't a redirect to one or the other, which isn't a critical issue, but simply annoying when trying to type in the domain.

actually I faced this problem :( the project manager whom I work for right now asking, to redirect http protocol to https automatically if the user type on http protocol
