[feature] Create gitpod configuration for self-hosted trial instance deployment

There's a gap between running our demos with the Docker compose file and setting up production-level GUAC instances. Something that configures infrastructure and the GUAC pieces can let people try out GUAC in a production-ish way.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be good to have a gitpod configuration file that users can download and deploy. bomctl has done similar with bomctl-playground
