Currently we load the timestamp from the files as is, but often, for example in Parquet files it's saved in GMT (sometimes called UTC) timezone. The goal of this issue is to allow the user to see the timestamp adjusted from GMT/UTC to the system timezone, or (as an alternative) adjust the timezone when loading from parquet files.
