Emails are not being sent in the correct order and some emails join a different thread #295

The emails in the thread below were sent in the wrong order, so the thread does not have the correctly ordering.

Additionally there's an extra email ("Hey there Test 2") that sent as a separate thread that appears in the thread on Gmail.
