Change icon for 'create verified account' on profile page

Got some feedback from @mattBernius that the icon we used for the verify account' icon on the profile page was a bit misleading (looks like 'add a friend'). He suggested we change it to something different.

Not only should this be changed, but we also should hide it until it actually does something.
