MOD - create alias for Anonymous users

When a user submits anonymously the UUID of the user gets shown as the "source".
It'd be nice to create a feature where Admins can create an Alias for that user, so that the next time instead of "123-131dfasdf-234d" they see "Enviro reporter"

Should this be a single alias, or a list of tags?

Just a single alias should be enough.

I'm guessing each Admin user would have a list of "user aliases"?
On the front-end, whenever we render a UUID we'll have to check it with the Admin's "user aliases" list and if we have a match, we change the text
