Working on columns now. I think this should be sufficient?

email
subscribe_datetime
name ( can be blank )
organization ( can be blank )
profession ( can be blank )
receive_updates ( receive periodic updates about yellr )
receive_version_announcement ( receive an email when a new version is announced )
interested_in_partnering ( interested in partnering with the yellr team )
wait_to_know_more ( they want to know more about yellr than the one pager )

Thoughts?
