Updated dockerized Altserver-Linux with Wi-Fi refresh

Hi @hkfuertes, when I initially found your project it worked fine, but since then I have decided to build an alternative dockerized version of this project which is a bit simpler to get up and running, as it downloads the binaries instead of building and compiling them.

I'm posting this issue just to give it some exposure in case someone encounters your project and isn't able to get it running, since it seems to be unmaintained:
