When reporting the node pool of a CCE cluster, Terraform supports the return of initial_node_count and taints.

Given that the majority of regions/APIs do support the return of these two fields, it would be helpful if the import scenario could also support the return of these fields, as they are still quite important for the management and configuration of the node pool.

A more serious issue has been discovered. When I don't set the taint parameter, the cloud taint will be set to empty.
