メディアサイズ制限の変更(例えば8MB→20MB)

現状、iPadのスクリーンショットがアップロードできない状況が発生している。
しかしメディアサイズ制限の変更している他のインスタンス（クラゲ丼）では問題なくアップロードが可能。

機能改善案としてissueを作成しておきます。
