Failed to restore backup and import icon package #1158

** Describe the bug
When restoring from a backup, you can only open albums, not select files.

- Copy * *
  Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the lower right corner ➕
Click "Restore from Backup"
You can only open albums

- - - Expected behavior
      Should be open File Manager select file.
- - - Software Version
      1.25.1.
- - - Other context
      It's a Meizu 20, Android 14.

在添加备份的时候可以打开文件管理选择保存路径，但是恢复备份的时候只能打开相册
