Please see OctoPrint/OctoPrint#1902 for details. Turned out that the described defect vanishes if cost plugin is disabled.

You used an old version of the plugin (as i can see in your octoprint.log). Update to new version and the issue is gone (fixed jun 2016)

Oh. So the plugin manager does install outdated versions in Octoprint?

There was somethin wrong with the releases. Now your octoprint should find the newest release.
