0x10: MEM_ERROR CC2538-CC2592EM

Hi,

For my project i use this device : https://www.ti.com/tool/CC2538-CC2592EM-RD as coordinator.
I use the firmware : JH_2538_2592_ZNP_USB_20201010

I connect my coordinator to RevPi3+ with zigbee2MQTT.
At the end of my line, i have a Node-RED.

I change the state of my sensor every 3 hours but i receive this message:

No solution about this problem ?

My device no answer since many hours and when i try to set my permit join to "true". The message that i send before coming.
