Data lost randomly. Why this can happen?

I have an application use littlefs. Esp32 store a config and other data. Data will store temporary in littlefs before push to database. Sometimes when Esp32 power off after power on back, data lost. It happens randomly.

not same.in my case it happen randomly.sometimes success read and sometimes not.
