Downloaded & installed to two computers, both had "SnappySnippet" (1st item on menu) grayed out... Appreciate your insight, please advise .... regards ...

I do facing the same issue, "SnappySnippet" is disabled.

I'm finding the same unfortunately. Any ideas? I love this extension!
