2.7.9.msi 64bit does not start with Win11 after update from 2.7.8

Overview

[TIP]: After install 2.7.9 over 2.7.8 in Win11 the KPXC does not start
NOTE: I reinstalled the 2.7.8 over 2.7.9 and all work fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install KeePassXC-2.7.9-Win64.msi ==> KPXC does not start
2. repair with KeePassXC-2.7.9-Win64.msi ==> KPXC does not start
3. remove with KeePassXC-2.7.9-Win64.msi ==> OK remove KPXC
4. install KeePassXC-2.7.8-Win64.msi ==> All work fine

Expected Behavior

KeePassXC-2.7.9 work fine after step 1

Actual Behavior

KeePassXC-2.7.9 does not work after step 1

Context

Windows 11 pro

KeePassXC - VERSION 2.7.9
Revision: Last

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
Desktop Env: version 23H2

thanks doidmonkey, after installation of https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe now 2.7.9 start without problems.

Got also problem with version 2.7.9. , first it was working with vc_redist.x64.exe ... but now the programm doesnt start again ->back to 2.7.8
