Overview

NOTE: Installed Windows 10 64-bit MSI KeepassXC 2.7.9 release, open DB, input password; On subsequent launches, it does not prompt for PassKey (version 2.7.8 prompts everytime the app is minimised and relaunched).

I assume you are talking about windows hello? Make sure you have not installed the legacy windows msi. Windows hello is only supported with the main msi download.
