Can't run EnergyCheckUtils.java, error with libCPUScaler

Hi,
I am trying to run the example provided: EnergyCheckUtils.java.
First I have installed all that was requested in the README file, then I compiled the EnergyCheckUtils.java with javac, and finally I tried to run the class, obtaining the following error:
