[FR] User ESP32 periman code to detect bus conflicts

Idea is to detect bus conflicts before they may cause issues as a pin may already be used in some other bus config.
Or maybe some library leaves a pin in some unexpected state, then this may be a great help in debugging or hinting about possible cause when an issue is reported.
