URL redirections: Expert mode

In Expert Mode, there is no check on the correctness of the entered redirection. The "normal" mode checks that you have a source and a destination URL, which prevents you from saving. The same should apply to the Expert mode.
Without that, there is a risk to break the whole site with a wrong redirection (which happened to our customer).

I second that. It happened to our customer too. Above a certain number of redirects there is only expert mode available.
