The RandomWalk light profile integration doesn't include tests yet. This issue aims at adding the tests ofor the new GalSimRandomWalk and the drawRandomWalk() function of the GalSimInterpreter

:-/ no.... All the tests I've done have been done manually, not in unit tests, which is why the knots functionality was actually broken as of a week ago...
