Update lvgl version

Hello

I am starting to evaluate lvgl so I have used this repository.

I have run into this issue: https://forum.lvgl.io/t/why-does-the-lv-event-value-changed-event-repeat-twice/5934

Looking at lvgl.h, version is 8.0.0 so I guess it doesn't have the bug fix, as it was released 2021 June, and the bug was also fixed in 2021 June.

Will you consider updating this repository to use a newer version (such as ) of lvgl?

Can you update this to major version v9 (at the time of writing v9.1.0)?
