jumping and scrolling could show better context for highlighted heading

When jumping around and highlighting in the outline, it would be good to show some of the surrounding context. Currently the highlighted heading jumps to the top. I would like to see at least a few of the headings that come before it. I'm working on a long slide deck where having that kind of context is useful.
