The docs reference Zeek in multiple guides/tutorials, but there's not consolidated page with information about him. Create a dedicated page and <Zeek /> component that we can re-use throughout our docs based on the following: https://www.notion.so/matterlabs/ZKsync-Brand-Resources-750bb7b1f3d14ebe9f539a86901c4a1c?pvs=4#5abb09058e9f48fda209d2b7332d9da0

Rationale

This will provide more clarity and background for information about the beloved zkSync mascot
