Widget Numbering system consistency

Describe the bug
When selecting "Western Arabic" numbering system, the counter in the widget is using the system default numbering system, which produce LTR<->RTL problems

To Reproduce
Your phone language needs to be set to English
Turn on Show countdown in Widget settings
Set the the application language to Arabic

Expected behavior
Use the western Arabic numbering system when its used for the countdown

I am aware of the issue, but It's not something I can fix because of how the app has been made

hopefully it will be resolved when I rewrite the app from scratch
