Possible TrOCR License Conflict

I see that the TrOCR code is licensed via the MIT.
However, the paper mentions the model is trained on the IAM handwriting Database and its terms of use specifically states "This database may be used for non-commercial research purpose only. If you publish material based on this database, we request you to include a reference to paper [4]."
Is there a license conflict, or is there concern in using TrOCR for commercial use?
