[RFC] Update the manual better responsivness

Could it be possible to make the Sphinx doc more responsive and not display (in my case) two third of screen as blank while there is content to scroll horizontally?
IMO, this makes the use of the doc painful, especially for these large arrays where you need to scroll left to right
