Summary

In Web - Schedule:
"Everyday 00:00—23:59 (GMT +03:00)"
I want option to change time zone.
Can globally set one timezone for all triggers.

Details

The problem is that different employees create triggers from their time zones and their time is tied. I would like to be able to fix this. Or globally fix one time zone for everyone. Or display the time and time zone to each employee depending on their time zone. Record UTC time in the database?
