Changing the error message for /dynamic endpoint #207

Currently, running the /dynamic endpoint without uploading data returns a 500 server error with no helpful error message. This can be very confusing for users. Creating a better error message would be helpful for users telling them to upload the files before running the endpoint. This can be done using exceptions.
