Build a web page that lists locale activation status #8

We have metadata for fluent files as json here: https://github.com/mozmeao/www-l10n/tree/master/metadata

It would be useful to build a web page that reads from this data, listing out each .ftl file and showing the active locales. This would help both the websites and l10n team to answer questions on how many locales see a particular page (for example, releng often ask for a list for each /whatsnew page).

The web page could probably be hosted separately to mozorg, or even published to GitHub pages in this repo.

I think we could definitely make that happen. Just an automation that will publish a visualization on GitHub Pages.
