Add a MSTeams icon in the footer with a link to the SSE team

It doesn't seem like there's an MSTeams on font awesome. So, we would need to figure out whether we want to use a different icon for the footer or do we want to create our own MSTeams icon?

Since font awesome still doesn't have a MSTeams logo here is a mock-up using other assets that they do have. Personally the "T" doesn't feel quite right, but it was the closest font I had on my computer. For reference the font is Javanese Text.

I think that one could potentially be used or I was thinking the icon we use on the SG website could also be used on the SSE website as well. You can see that if you go to msoe-sg.com and scroll down to the footer.
