[Feature Request] Add "ScaleFX" shaders.

First of all, thank you very much for the excellent emulator you have created, very accurate and sounds fantastic.
I have noticed that the ScaleFX filter is much superior to xBRz as it does not distort the sprites and makes them look similar to how they should look originally, so it would be great if you could add this saher to your emulator, saludos!
