Check if API Key is valid, open settings dialog if not valid #455

When setting the API Key, show "valid" checkmark only if the API Key really works. Now its is shown as soon as any string is filled in
When logging in, explicitly check API key validity and handle invalid API key in the same way as non-existent API key (i.e. show settings dialog)
