App not compatible with Android 10 LineageOS build

Steps to reproduce

1. Moto G7 Play, latest F-droid, lineage_channel-userdebug 10 QQ3A.200805.001 fdfbe558d5
2. find the APP Nextcloud SMS in Fdroid
3. Try to install.

Expected behaviour

Since this is Android 10, the APP should be installed.

Actual behaviour

No installation option, even the APP description says about Android 10 support.

well... been a long time since last f-droid build (2.0.5 (69) from 2018-12-23), a rebuild with more recent target may be useful
