I don't get any results for my optimization.

Hi, I have problems getting any results for my optimization. After entering all parameters and pressing the run button. I get the message "your optimization: summited" and after a while "runnable". However, after waiting for a long time (at least one hour) I got the following message " something went wrong and we don't know what. Your optimization has stopped. You can see the optimization has stopped. You can see the optimization below, but can't download the results. Please contact us if the problem re-occurs". Unfortunately, I was not able to see the optimization below and never received any e-mail (as it was indicated in the description). I have repeated the optimation process several times but never got any results. The only thing I got right after pressing the run button is a .py file, where it said module optimization. Can anyone help me solve the problem?
