after installing eufy HACS integration and restarting HA, eufy is found by HA.
on the integration tab i see is:
eufy HomeBase2-4BF6
HomeKit Controller

clicking on config gives an error:
This accessory is already paired to another device. Please reset the accessory and try again.

i am not using homekit and it states HomeKit Controller in the integration tab i dont know if this is correct.
looking at the 2nd error HA blocked eufy from running due to version key issue.
The version key is required from Home Assistant version 2021.6, i am currently on 2021.6.3 See https://developers.home-assistant.io/blog/2021/01/29/custom-integration-changes#versions for more details
so looks like HA broke this integration..

Ha logging:
2021-06-23 21:46:08 WARNING (SyncWorker_1) [homeassistant.loader] We found a custom integration eufy_security which has not been tested by Home Assistant. This component might cause stability problems, be sure to disable it if you experience issues with Home Assistant
